TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must read this before booking your appointment!

Submission of your Booking is a confirmation that you understand and agree to abide with Our Terms & Conditions as defined below.

BOOKING YOUR VISIT 

​

 For every treatment a mandatory deposit payment is required in order to secure your appointment.The Booking Fee (deposit) specified in the booking section of our website for each treatment is charged during online reservations. The deposit you pay to reserve your treatment will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen treatment.  All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another treatment or day if needs be in accordance with our cancelation terms.

   

PAYMENTS

​

You will be asked to pay the remaining balance on site on the day of your treatment by cash, bank transfer, card, Paypal or Paypal in 3 times. If you would like to pay by cash, you will still need to pay a non-refundable deposit online to secure your visit.  We use Stripe for all payments. Most credit and debit Cards are accepted. We are not VAT registered, so please bear in mind that we can’t provide you with a VAT invoice. If you require the invoice for the service, the VAT amount at the invoice will be stated as 0%. Prepaid Courses of Treatments have a validity of 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any client credits need to be used within 6 months of the date on which they were issued.

 

CANCELATIONS

We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange

an appointment. If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice, we will endeavour to fill your appointment with another client and if we are successful, your Booking Fee (deposit) will be used to secure your next appointment.If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice and we are not

able to fill the slot, then your Booking Fee (deposit) will not be refunded, and a new Booking Fee will be required to book another appointment. If you are on antibiotics or are unwell on the day of the treatment you will need toreschedule, and you will loose your booking deposit. If you are able to give medical evidence for this reason, we will consider using your deposit towards a new appointment. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, then your booking fee will be lost.  Some of our treatment types offer a follow up appointment included in the cost of treatment. If clients fail to attend a requested booked follow up appointment and subsequently request another follow up appointment, a £50 appointment booking fee to secure a different date for that follow up appointment will be requested. If you “NO SHOW” to an appointment, then 100% of the appointment charge will be added to your account and you won’t be able to rebook an appointment until this is paid. We really appreciate your time, so please do the same for us and take every appointment very seriously.

 

REFUNDS

At Bela Aesthetics, we run a strict NO Refund policy.

However, we will go through all possibilities to come up with a satisfactory solution to your query.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

​

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for all services. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the aesthetician at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any aesthetic treatments or Ear and hearing healthcare appointment.

 

LOYALTY CARDS & DISCOUNTS

​

 We run a Loyalty card scheme. Any discounts due to you cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions in place at that time.  Promotion codes (or any other type of discounts offered to you) entitle you to a saving on a new treatment booked after the time you receive it. Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied per treatment per person. Items already reduced in price, displaying a 'Was' and 'Now' price are also excluded from voucher offers. To use your vouchers or discounts, you will need to book your treatment online and pay the deposit. The voucher or discount code will be used at the time of the treatment. Please ensure you give it to your aesthetician on arrival.  We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

PUNCTUALITY AND COURTESY

​

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge may be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment. Late arrival to your scheduled appointment may result in your aesthetician being unable to carry out your procedure safely in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your aesthetician will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Please ensure you have completed and submitted your medical questionnaire and consent forms prior to arrival. This will be emailed to you 2 days prior to your appointment.  Out of respect and consideration to your aesthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

UNDER 18's & OVER 75's 

​

Please note that we do not provide treatments for any teenagers or children under 18 years of age, and we will decline treatment even if a parent books an appointment under their name for a child. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the room whilst your procedure is delivered due to insurance requirements. Likewise, we do not treat any adult over the age of 75.  We recommend you see your GP for any treatment requests for under 18’s or over 75’s.

  

REFUSAL OF TREATMENTS

​

There are several reasons that our aesthetician may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and Bela Aesthetics has a strict criteria for patient selection to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable from such surgery.

 

PRICING

The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices quoted on the website are an accurate guide and will be confirmed in consultation, after our aesthetician has made a full assessment as individual requirements do vary.Any price quoted in your consultation will always take precedence over prices that may be quoted on this website or elsewhere. YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

You agree that we Bela Aesthetics can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with aesthetic services as well as providing pre- and post-treatment advice for you. This information may be provided to other clinical organisations and individuals (for example your GP) for the same purposes but only in connection with ongoing medical care if deemed necessary. We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information.
